Our stay there was incredible, the best view toward ocean and city both that I ever had, staff very friendly and the location was awesome, easy access to everywhere inside the city, I will go on with them next time, highly recommend, especially the top floor rooms with sea view.

Loved how spacious the apartment was it had two showers and toilets the view was great from the wrap around (the apartment) balcony was awesome and how close the team was to get down to Broadbeach and up to Southport

The cleaning smell in the foyer and hallway Maybe some essential oils would be better. The holding deposit of $300 was said to be returned when we checked out! It’s been 4days now🙁 we stayed at the crown plaza 200 metre away without any holding fee.

Location and view

First I got scammed by booking.com who never mentioned to me before booking that it’s air bnb style accommodation where I have to clean and tidy up before I leave. Internet poor speed, tv useless won’t able to watch YouTube. Blinds need repair in main bedroom. No facility to charge our phone as power point wasn’t functional. We have to spend $50 to get our phone charged.
