It was spacious. Quiet. Great location with beach just behind property. Facilities in room were good.

Swimming pool needed railings. Duck pond was grimy.

"Top Resort"

We recently stayed in a one bedroom apartment for three nights over a weekend. The apartment we stayed in was of a good size and was clean. The bed was only a queen size bed. Personally, we prefer a king size, but this was not a major problem. Maybe in the future they can look at upgrading to larger beds. The resort had all the facilities you would expect for a top resort. The pools were clean and well looked after as were the gardens and other public areas. The location of the Resort right on the beach is perfect. We enjoyed our long walks on the beach in the early mornings. All the staff we had contact with at the Resort were all very polite and helpful. The resort is not far from the centre of Bussellton which has many restuartants, pubs and brewries to choose from for a meal and drink. We enjoyed our stay and would definetly go back and would highly recommend the Resort.

Apartment was big and suitable for a family stay. Nice to have a playground available in the short distance from the room if you book a front beach villa. Close to the Beach with plenty of parking available.

Far away from the city, the resort is very old and most of the furniture in the room was showing signs of wear and tear. Not very pleasant smell from the lake. Room was a bit stained and we could smell the cigarette smell from other rooms. The restaurant needs a bit staff support as we were waiting for our dinner for an hour which was very frustrating for the dining with a toddler. Even the apartment was very big with a kitchen I would not rate the accommodation with 4 stars and not worth the money we have paid for the two nights.

The property is nice looking. Location of grounds is great

It needs to be better maintained. Weeds growing between paving. A lake on the grounds that smells and is slimy. I think they used to have a fountain in it that kept the water moving so it wouldn’t smell Location of grounds is great
