"Abbey Beach - Nice but not worth the $$"

The close access to the beach. The. Beach front apartment, close to park for kids. Location!

I didn't like the breakfast at Reflections. I didn't like how muggy the inside pool area was. I didn't like the dust in the room. I found a few spiders also. Mouse or rat poo in the balcony was disgusting, possibly came for a visit during the night. The noise from upstairs was a little loud being on the first floor, we heard dishwashers, toilets, loud stomping and kids crying all hours. I also wasn't a fan of the ants in the sandpit, eating the wood.

"Overall this issues didn’t put a dampener on our holiday and we made the best of it."

Lots of things to do very close to the resort, resort is nice central location.

The room stank of smoke or curry that was deep in the carpets every time you opened the door the smell was upon you, the equipment hire for rackets and balls needs upgrading as the rackets are aging and the balls wouldn’t bounce properly, the heated pool is quite cold, the food order in the cafe for lunch took over half an hour when we were the only ones in there ordering, for the cost per night we would not stay there again.

Charged for the worse crease/fruit plate I ordered for our room . We couldn’t eat it. Dinner in the restaurant was awful. I never like to complain but it was next level bad. We just paid and told them when leaving. It didn’t seem like it made a difference.
