"Tidy, great location, very spacious accommodation but could use some updates for price."

The location is amazing and very conveniently positioned.

The rooms are dated and the parking situation is not organised. Didn’t like how open and unsecured the property is. Restaurant overpriced, convenient but we left to eat offsite.

After checking in, we immediately found a live spider on the sofa, which was very concerning as our baby was touching it. This raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and maintenance of the room. The outdoor swimming pool also looked very dirty and poorly maintained. We did not feel safe using it, and we didn’t see anyone swimming there during our stay. The front desk service was also very disappointing. My credit card was charged twice. When I approached reception, I was told to contact my bank myself, as they claimed the first transaction had failed. However, the funds have clearly been deducted from my account. This should be investigated and resolved by the hotel, not pushed onto the customer. Please also note that basic items such as a baby cot and even toothbrushes were charged extra, which is quite unreasonable for a hotel. Overall, the hygiene, service, and management were far below expectations.

Location was good.

The description of the property room details on booking.com is completely incorrect. We booked the ocean view suite to get two seperate double beds for 4 adults. When we got the room it was one queen and two seperate single beds Booking.com says 2 double beds for that suit. Staff blamed it in booking.com. We were not happy , paid extra but it was not a good stay.
