Flynns Beach Resort

It was exactly as explained on the website, comfortable and roomy. Not new and fancy but quite sufficient and value.

The latch on the outside of the bedroom door. Why?

The apartment was large enough for my 5 person family. The spa was great and the beds in the bedrooms were comfortable. Also, the heated pool was great for the children.

The photos from when I booked showed the balcony overlooking the pool, however, we got an apartment overlooking the street. Also, there was something that looked dirty stuck to the bottom of the spa, and when you scratched it, it came off, so it wasn't cleaned properly. Similarly, there was something on the front inside rim of the toilet that needs to be removed and looked gross. Also, when we used the sofa bed, there were someone's toenails on the little inside ledge, which was really gross, and we had to vacuum. And, lastly, the sofa bed was very uncomfortable for my son, as he could feel the springs a lot and it hurt his hips.

The view was extraordinary as we sat on the verandah and had a number of trees surrounding us. The Local was nearby and had an amazing live performer every evening. The pool was heated and much appreciated by the family.

There was a limit of utensils in the kitchen and only a few of everything.

Very clean grounds and pool areas, close to beach and local pub,shops.

Unit needs updating, beds were uncomfortable, still food in 1 cupboard from previous people. Lounge was uncomfortable.

Loved all of the facilities and had some great meals from the tavern next-door

didn't worry us but if you book the top floor there is naturally stairs to climb

Lovely gardens very tranquil

Too many stairs and shower in the bath

Excellent location and nice ambience

No air condition in the rooms was a disadvantage.
