"Very Good"

Well maintained & secure block. I liked some wildlife such as water dragons and gardens throughout the property. Good location, 3 mins walk from Flynns beach.

If you don't like carpets, be aware of the carpet smell. There are two pools in the block with varying level of water temperatures, one is heated and the other is crisp.

Walking distance to beach

Very dirty and lack of maintenance. Found a steak knife on the floor in the corner of living room. Old blood stains on the couch, all the cushions r dirty and stained. Rusted in the bathroom. Very basic supplies…. Disappointed
