Flynns Beach Resort

Location is good

Only 1 aircon in living room, did not cool the bedrooms. The remote controls did not work, starting to feel like a cheap motel.

We love the location near Flynns Beach, the beautiful gardens of the resort, the two pools, the water dragons, watching the birds from our balcony. We've stayed a few times and will again. Great place to stay, quiet, perfect location.

My family.

When we arrived the room had not been cleaned to standard, the coffee table had not been wiped down, utensils had food on them, toilet had feaces still in it. Burger rings on the floor of the wardrobe in the second room. Two socks found on the floor in the main bedroom next to the bed. Fan/light didn't work where the washer/dryer was located. Christmas day the toilet started to leak. Unable to use the pool facilities as a group /family of 40 people turned up and used the pool from the time it opened till it closed.

We love staying at this property because of the location. It has a nice pool, clean and easy to get wherever you need. Good for families.

This time we were on the top floor, which was difficult with our heavy bags and all the stairs. We would have preferred additional towels, toilet paper, bin bags etc for our 7 night stay.

The room was very comfortable and very well laid out. There was plenty of room inside as well as a comfortable balcony to sit and look over the pool. The grounds were well maintained and very relaxing to stroll around.

The pool was quite warm and probably needs a cover over it to make the water cooler and more invigorating.

Resort facilities. Great pool with tennis court, playground, green grass to run and local pub next door. Spacious apartment with big living area to chill.

Aircon in the apartment was only in living area and it was too hot to sleep during the night. Fan didn't seem to work in the bathroom making it too humid. Fridge didnt appear to be cold even when set to coldest temperature.
