The facilities to keep the children occupied; pool, jumping pillow and playground

The buffet breakfast wasn’t overly wide spread and not very hot. We were sat right next to the serving station with a child which wasn’t ideal. Wasn’t worth the wait extra money given there’s cafes that can serve a hot breakfast with a decent coffee for less.

The location - the resort was right across from the beach!

Breakfast so good, room and balcony great but to get thru the two, hard to push doors to enter the unit with travel bags was so difficult. When shutting the doors they made such a loud noise so every time the other unit person went in or out we heard it and I suppose it was the same for them when we went in or out and more noticeable late at night - very poor.

The resort was clean and well-equipped, with exceptionally friendly and accommodating staff. The restaurant offered a diverse menu, and we thoroughly enjoyed everything we ordered for dinner, especially the butter chicken and lamb shank. The tennis courts were great, and the outdoor bouncing play area for kids was also a nice touch.

The pool could use some improvement, particularly in terms of air circulation, and the heated pool temperature wasn't warm enough. Additionally, the booking process lacked clear information regarding apartment level preferences. My mother had difficulty climbing the stairs, and there was no option available to accommodate a ground-level apartment at that time.

The apartment was very comfortable and we had a super sea view.
