Silverwater Resort Phillip Island

The property had everything you needed. Restaurant, pool, gym, spa. The accommodation was comfortable & self contained. Breakfast & dinner was nice.

The lack of accessible paths. My mum struggled with her Walker. We had to help her lift it up over the path because there were no ramps or level paths to our room or outdoor areas. The whole place is tired and in need of some updating. Our room was old with very worn out carpet & furniture. Bathroom needs attention too! Pool area also needs updating. The umbrellas are torn and dirty.

Everything was great! Loved our stay, facilities were great.

The walls are not sound proof at all. So We could hear babies and toddlers screaming and crying one night. The next night it was loud as people were drinking and loud.

Great amenities, location, and rooms spacious, clean

mattress was a little uncomfortable. not bad but felt old the bath is a great addition but definitely could be a slipping hazard.

Great location. And had everything you would need in the room. Lovely view from the balcony
