"great location bizarre set up"

great location amazing restaurant but only open 3 nights a week very clean and quirky

bizarrely no staff in the hotel from 5pm to 9am very strange set up if there is an issue you are literally on your own front door is open for two hours per day for check in unsure if we would stay here again lots of good points but very strange hotel after 5pm

Service, staff, comfort and food served were high quality

Having to pay extra for parking, the weather was warm and the air conditioner was not working. Otherwise everyone was excellent.

Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The hotel is a beautifully restored Council Chambers. Dining room provided excellent food served with a friendly but professional style. Staff were very helpful when needed.

There was nothing to complain about.A stylish hotel with service to match. Stay here to be spoilt.

Location was perfect for exploring Napier and its restaurants. Carparking available. Beautifully restored building and the complimentary port in the library was a lovely touch. Highly recommend and we will return.
