The staff were so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The hotel is beautiful and the room was a good size and very comfortable. We loved the extra touches that the hotel put in place - the library that offered a relaxing spot and complimentary port; and the thank you for staying gift left at our door. The hotel is very central and made getting to and from our event and trying out different dinning options, and enjoying the water front very easy.

The only thing we can think of is that there is another accommodation in the building across from our room that was a bit loud at night - I think they had all the windows open. However this was a very minor thing.
