Beach was walking distance not bad but motel wasn’t nothing to like very bad

Very sketchy shady motel not clean or ran good at all no staff is there half the time lot of vibes of homeless drug abuse and nasty rooms was offered a extra night for free after finally having. Enough of the place and wanting a refund we tried to stay but left and didn’t spend the night the last day we couldn’t stand the room they moved us to smelled better but had only scalding hot water in shower roaches on ceiling and more shady stuff goin on in other rooms would not recommend to anyone to stay here especially with a family horrible place

The only nice thing about this property was the AC in the room.

Where do I start. The room was absolutely disgusting and reeked of cigarette smoke and body odor. I checked in around 11:30 PM on 7/20/24 and paid the $100 damage deposit that was required. The front desk representative informed me that as long as the room was clean when the maid goes to clean, that $100 will be refunded to me. I was in the room from 11:30 PM to 9 AM. I even bagged up the garbage and took it with me to dispose of myself. After checking out and getting to work on Sunday 07/21/24, I realized two additional $200 transactions on my bank account. Those transactions were debited at 12:15 PM from my account. I contacted the property and the front desk stated that they found a toothbrush that was flushed down the toilet, which overflowed and flooded the room. She said this flooded the downstairs office and did over $8000 in damage. She said the police and the magistrate were at the property and that I was in big trouble. I informed her that typically the police are not going to come out for a water leak, and the magistrate sure isn’t going to come out for a water leak. When I left the room at 9 AM on 07/21/24 to head to work, the room was fine. She informed me that pictures were taken and that she would send them to me. She sent four pictures which looked like they were taken 20 years ago. They have not provided any pictures of the room that I was in, nor the adjacent rooms showing property damage. Lastly, my toothbrush was in my bag and I had brushed my teeth when I got to work that morning. I’m not sure what kind of scam this property is trying to pull, but they’ve tried to scam the wrong person.

Absolutely nothing

This place is unsafe. There were drug addicts hanging out in the stairwell. Someone's room was broken into. The staff was horrible. I can't understand why they even open. Code enforcement should have closed this place down a long time ago. It is a hazard.

There was no breakfast hell

Dirty towels were in the room and we asked for clean ones we had to wait because they didn't have any. No phone in the room to even call the front desk. No staff available thru out at the front office no staff available until 830-9am next morning. Mgr was a little rude. One tiny trash can in the room. The post on the beds were detached. The cover on the bathroom was off. The microwave and refrigerator wobbled, no items like toothpaste or soap that wasn't broken..location needs security i had people hanging by the room and parking. Someone the nerve to ask me were to buy weed

The room was dirty the room smelled like cigarettes no garbage can. Room 305 had a big gap on the door between the door and the jam. People out the door Yelling and screaming all night.

No one's nasty door look like someone chewed it up in front of the door shut easy. Crackheads prostitute in the stairwell in the parking lot drug dealers going down people asking if you want to buy stuff they stole that Walmart. Went to the office to check in there was nobody in there you had to put your hand and your payment through the window I would never bring a family there pool chairs for all I'm broken broken. Homeless drug addicts on around the washer and dryer so you didn't even want to leave your wash or do your wash.
