"Great stay, staff and food"

It was a lovely hotel and well located for our needs, we had room services that was good and the breakfast was lovely, the poached eggs were perfect

the sandwich we ordered has garlic mayo, which I cant eat, this was not listed as the ingreditents on the menu, this was changed once we told them of the error

"great comfortable space , but cleaniness processes need to be addressed"

bed very comfortable . quiet room , spacious. very warm welcoming staff

i found a sock in my bed that didnt belong to me and there was no shower gel. so somewhat disapointing. i would have given this review 10/10 if this had not been the case.
