"Gut gelegenes Hotel für Erkundung der Umgebung, warte bis heute auf mein Handtuch"

Gutes Frühstück. Sehr nette Mitarbeiterinnen im Frühstücksraum (Victoria ist sehr lieb). Sehr sicheres Hotel, Aufzug und Treppenhaus nur mit Chipkarte zu betreten. Sehr sauber und modern. Info: liegt direkt neben dem Stadium von Sheffield United.

Parken kostet extra. Kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Wir haben in der ersten Nacht an der Rezeption nach einem extra Handtuch gebracht, das wurde nie gebracht.

The hotel is modern and clean with large rooms and friendly staff

The air conditioning was poor and did not cool at night but only during the day - strange. Maintenance do not work on weekends so nothing could be done. The additional tray charge and service charge when you order room service adds on an additional £7.75 to each order...
