The grounds and gardens magnificent. Disabled access brilliant with ramps everywhere. Access in to lagoon pool easy . The staff are Padmas crowning glory . Nothing is a bother , always with a smile and very attention to detail.

We have been to Padma many times in the last 30 years. We love the pool, the gardens, the new in finity pool, the food. One suggestion would be to improve your GLUTEN FREE options. The pancakes and bread were inedible. But there is plenty of alternatives so do not worry. I LOVE the coffee machine and kettle which did not exist in the earlier days.I love the bathroom toiletries. Great choice. The buffet meals were very good. But were not as lavish as in the past decades when they were Kings banquets. Excessive. Over the top. Its better now. Your Asian food offerings are excellent. Yes the breakfast is extraordinary.

The gluten free options were dismal. We were shocked at how dirty the beach was. We were afraid to go swimming and really were horrified at the rubbish on the beach. It improved somewhat. We KNOW it is not caused by Bali but comes from the Indian Ocean. It is very unattractive and the result of tourists like us coming to pollute your beautiful paradise.I am really sorry for how the Aussies have probably changed your culture. Breakfasts were sensational. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Loved seeing staff always cleaning and maintaining facilities

We stayed in room 333. I think there may have been a store room next door? This was sometimes a bit noisy in the morning if we wanted a sleep in.

Everything you need is there, staff are very friendly. Food is amazing and prepared fresh. Our 3 year old loved it!

Hand held rails for seniors would be a great help

A group of 19 friends went to this resort. Check in by Cristian and check out by Theo was seamless. Every single staff member was kind, respectful, polite and efficient. Unfortunately I can’t remember all the names. Senti and Wanda were very friendly and booked us for a wonderful dinner with live music. They also arranged to have a surprise birthday cake for one of our friends. All the servers in the SKAI restaurant and breakfast buffet were super nice and helpful. At the pool bar we were taken care of by Gustaf, Nova, Arya & Satya. They were phenomenal. Housekeeping did a great job keeping our rooms clean and tidy. Overall, we had an excellent experience. I would highly recommend this resort.

Stayed at Padma Resort Legian for 5 nights and had an incredible experience. The resort itself is fantastic, with excellent restaurants on-site—perfect for those nights when you don’t feel like heading out. The facilities are great, surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens that really add to the overall atmosphere. What truly sets this resort apart, though, is the staff. They are genuinely warm, welcoming, and go out of their way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Their level of service is exceptional, and they consistently go above and beyond. A special shoutout to the amazing team members who made our stay so memorable: Ayu, Tia, Alex, Juwita, Surya, Speti, Rita, Sutar, Sepia, Putera & Rofi(room attendants), and Ari, the poolside barman who made the best cocktails! Because of the people and the experience, I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
