ホテルではなく、Booking.comからの予約についてです。予約者の名前が、恐らくbooking.comの担当者の名前が前面に出ており、カッコ書きで私の名前が入っていたため、チェックイン時に手間取りました。スタッフの方にも色々と調べていただきご迷惑をおかけしていたように感じるので、予約サイト側には注意をしていただきたいと思います。ホテルのスタッフの方は本当に親切に根気強く名前を探していただきました。ありがとうございます！！
