Property Notes

All parking must be booked prior to arrival by contacting the hotel directly. On arrival, guests are requested to check-in first in order to receive a parking permit and access card. Please note that as there is a height restriction of 6.2 feet and a width restriction of 13 feet, no vans or large vehicles will be able to enter the car park. The hotel has a strict no noise and no party policy after 22:00 hours. The hotel allows a maximum of 2 extra guests per room between the hours of 08:00 hours and 22:00 hours. Any extra guests or after hours guests must have prior approval by the hotel management. Please note a NZ $1 credit card at the time of check-in to act as a bond to cover any incidental charges found after check out. Alternatively, A $250.00 cash bond be paid at check-in which will be refunded, less any incidental charges. A valid photo ID is required upon check in. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian, unless prior arrangements have been made. "Bit disappointing"

Spacious

The car park was so tight and very uncomfortable to get in and out of. Staff member we had this morning on check out was a but stand off ish. Had some men that made us feel uncomfortable on the way in last night.

"Won’t be back"

Location and price

The People above us were extremely loud and woke us up multiple times during the night arguing stomping and screaming. There was only 1 working elevator for the entire weekend which was obviously not enough for the large volume of quests. You could be waiting upto 20 minutes in peak times with the elevator coming multiple times so full it wouldn’t close. This had to be a hazard as it was clearly overloaded. You can’t take the stairs as you’re unable to reenter the doors. Horrible experience, no care for customer just want your money. The staff at reception were unprofessional unorganised and overwhelmed by the system you had to check out. The larger lady was clearly overwhelmed and flustered. Keep asking the same questions and not retaining information. Asked me to come to front desk and then kept yelling out my room number while standing in front of her. The blonde lady trying to assert dominance in her voice and stance when you showed slight disbelief in how they were handling their rush. Also the lady was very rude when checking in about having to see a physical card for deposit. Not answering with full sentences, showing signs of aggression and being passive aggressive. Horrible unprofessional staff

"The room was comfortable and met our needs"

Not all facilities work. The lift was out of order and this caused huge wait times and confusion. When you pay a lot of money its expected all facilities are in working order. The rate for parking over night is expensive.

I liked that the kitchen and dining room are spacious and the location of the hotel is great

I didn’t like that the pool was not working and it is not mentioned on the website. They also don’t mention that you have to pay some bond even though it is refunded but it has to be mentioned to prepare guests
