Property Notes

All parking must be booked prior to arrival by contacting the hotel directly. On arrival, guests are requested to check-in first in order to receive a parking permit and access card. Please note that as there is a height restriction of 6.2 feet and a width restriction of 13 feet, no vans or large vehicles will be able to enter the car park. The hotel has a strict no noise and no party policy after 22:00 hours. The hotel allows a maximum of 2 extra guests per room between the hours of 08:00 hours and 22:00 hours. Any extra guests or after hours guests must have prior approval by the hotel management. Please note a NZ $1 credit card at the time of check-in to act as a bond to cover any incidental charges found after check out. Alternatively, A $250.00 cash bond be paid at check-in which will be refunded, less any incidental charges. A valid photo ID is required upon check in. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian, unless prior arrangements have been made. The staff member at the front counter was lovely and it was easy to find.

Pictures completely differ from the apartment itself. Had random table next to the table beneath the tv, bathroom when using the sink you could hear the gargle/bubble sound of the water draining, shower smelt like a toilet , had 2 single couches that had leather peeling for a 2 bedroom , 4 person accommodating room, was expensive for the quality, smelt like marijuana and curry in the hall ways / entry ways.

Het boeken van de accommodatie en later ook het verlengen daarvan. Verder was het personeel heel vriendelijk bij het inchecken en ook bij het verlengen van mijn verblijf. Fijn dat ik ook mijn kleding na een lange tocht door Nieuw Zeeland kon wassen. Met eigen wasmachine en droger. Heerlijk!!

Het fornuis warmt wat langzaam op. Ook is de schakelaar wat onduidelijk. Verder was maar één lift werkzaam. De andere heeft het de 4 dagen dat ii er was niet gewerkt, waardoor je soms ver van te voren je vertrek uit de kamer moet plannen.

Grote kamer met eigen wasmachine en droger. en de mogelijkheid zelf wat te koken 's avonds Vriendelijk personeel.

De utilities in de keuken. En misschien daar ook wat olijfolie neerzetten voor het braden/bakken. Maar ik he bij goed gered.

"Not worth as per the money we spend"

Room was clean & spacious

The biggest drawback was the parking. It was extremely disappointing, especially considering the $30 charge. The driveway is very steep, and the traffic light system is confusing, making access quite hazardous.Another issue was that only one lift was operating during our stay, which resulted in long queues whenever we needed to go up or down. This was highly inconvenient. The room itself was clean and spacious, which we appreciated. However, we had specifically requested a Sky Tower view, and this was not taken into account during room allocation, which was disappointing. Overall, while the room was comfortable, the parking, lift issues, and failure to accommodate our room request made the stay feel poor value for the price paid.
