"Room service delivery"

I have been staying here for over ten years and typically ordered room service as this is an airport terminal hotel and I depart very early the next morning. Ordered room service with wine and it was delivered in a paper bag , with a plastic container and plastic cutlery. It was the equivalent of going to Tim Hortons. Not sure what manager thought this was a good idea but they should be removed
