"The hotel is fine but the spa amenity was terrible."

I booked a pedicure and the technician cut me during the process, cut my nails too short resulting in pain when walking and used the wring type of polish so it wouldn't dry. I had to purchase products to remove what she had done.

No slippers Gave free wifi as a "favor" after making me sign up to some random account No pen or paper like most hotels do The iron stand was broken The AC/Heat control wasn't working The doors are too small for bags to pass The Sheraton in Pearson is a lot better
