Slope Side Lodge has been our lodging at Fernie Alpine Resort for a few years now. Very comfortable and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Will be staying there for many more years to come!

Bathrooms in rough shape, ours had mold and rot. Hot tub was not working, which was the reason we chose this hotel. Breakfast was toast and yogurt. Room was clean and mostly updated. Not a bad option for a cheap, short stay

Appreciated the coffee in the room, Charlotte at the front desk was lovely. Easy to get the tickets and everyone we delt with was very helpful.

The bath in the room could have been cleaner.

Location - next to the hill and can’t be beat!

It’s an old property and needs sprucing up. I can see that they’ve made efforts to freshen up the space as it does look much brighter and more welcoming than before. I heard there are plans to update things like mattresses and curtains, etc so I am seeing some improvement.
