The Hotel itself is very good, but the staff in the hotel is terrible and impolite, especially those workers who were from Kyrgyzstan and Russia. A worker from Kyrgyzstan told us that Expedia are bilkers and we are too, because there was a problem with payment transfer from expedia to hotel, she also said that we don't need to come again, after issue was solved nobody apologized from that staff. Terrible employees in Rixos Sungate!

Great property. Lots of activities. Food was excellent. Only negative thing is the distance between the accommodation and the main lobby (restaurants).

Hotels Expedia dan rezervasyon yaptım rezervasyonumu sistem benim bilgim olmadığı halde iptal etmiş. Receptionda çalışan arkadaşlar hiç bir şekilde yardımcı olmadılar 980 tl yaptıgım rezervasyona 1380 tl ödedim. Rixos bünyesine yazık çok yazık üzüldüm.

"Çocuklu aileler için ideal"

Çocuklu ailelerin kesinlikle gitmelerini öneririm. Özel beslenen çocuğum için herkes seferber oldu ellerinden gelenin en iyisini yaptılar. Sadece mesafeler bazen uzun olabiliyor ancak rezervasyon esnasında belirtirseniz, oda seçiminde de yardımcı oluyorlar.
