Rixos Sungate - The Land of Legends Access

Overall good, food was very good (however all a la carte restaurants are of extra charge), great entertainment, but hotel needs renovation! The first room that we received had terrible smell of moisture and signs of mold on the ceiling. After long discussion was replaced to a better one, but still was smelly and terribly hot with the airco not functioning well

Herşey mükemmeldi.Rixos kalitesinde herşey dahil konseptli olan otelde yemekler, ikramlar , bar ürünleri herşey üst sınıftı.Personel çok mutlu ve ilgili. Tekrar gitmek isteyeceğimiz bir yer.

Hava dışında otel çok güzel

The food was really good and worth of money. Drinks was fantastic. My only comment is the room towels, they look very old and used. From a 5 star hotel I was expecting higher quality of towels and room service. But in overall, I’m happy with my stay.

Rixos işte çok fazla söze gerek yok, ama kelime olarak Mükemmel. Siz her şeyin en iyisine layıksınız.

Ödediğim ücretin karşılığını gerek açık büfelerinde,gerek barlarında,gerekse hizmet ve kalitesiyle almanın keyfini yaşadım.Personelin ilgisi ve sıcaklığıda mükemmeldi.Teşekkürler...

Bu otele mümkünse kışın gitmeyin. Koridorlar ve oda çok soğuktu.

The rooms are very dated and old fashioned and the corridor and pathways are in need of repairs. The pool areas, bars and restaurants were kept in much better condition though. The food and choice of drinks were good with plenty of options at each sitting. The gym is fantastic at this hotel with state of the art high end equipment. Overall though, the hotel is in need of a refurbishment and looks very dated in a lot of places. There were a lot of disinterested staff who were very hard work and quite rude when trying to gain information from them. We expected a lot more from the Rixos brand.

Very bad service, old rooms, always hard to find a table in restaurant. They say they provide Luxury service and this is not true

Staff of the hotel are not kind at all they need more experience how they are speaking with guests and services them is not good
