Perfect location for attending a concert at Spark Arena. Great value for money. I only needed somewhere to get ready and sleep so ideal/

The toilet seat desperately needed a replacement . the plastic was peeling

Food smells as soon as walked to room

breakfast was not interesting at all, bland and unappealing. Coffee was bad and cold.

Bed was very hard and very plain walls. Needs a few bright pics up or colored paint somewhere.

The location was excellent.

We had a breakfast included in our stay. My wife is gluten intolerant but there was no gluten-free option. A suggestion is that the property has some gluten-free bread available in the freezer in future.
