Short walk from downtown, Britomart area. Large rooms. Good value for money. Has a carpark.

The room was clean but there was a strange smell in the room so I kept the window open overnight.

Brilliant perfect location for us. My son lives in dorm several minutes away and it was perfect for collecting him on our way for our gig at Spark Arena. Perfect location so easy.

My only difficulty was my left hip didn't like the bed mattress (I've had a hip replacement 6 yrs ago...). My daughter slept fine though!
