As soon as my husband and I were greeted by Gabriel at the front desk, we knew our stay was going to be phenomenal. He was enthusiastic, took the time to answer all of our questions about the hotel, and provided helpful insights into the surrounding area. Brandon, the valet attendant, was also great and helped us get situated with parking. Thank you so much, gentlemen!

"400 DOLLAR DEPOSIT FOR A 3 DAY STAY THAT I HAVEN'T GOT BACK AFTER 9 DAYS INSANITY"

The lifts were very quick and also the location is ok if you are going to the convention center

It's been 9 days since my stay and I still haven't got my 400 dollars deposit back! that's right, a 400 USD DEPOSIT that I was told I would be released in maximum a couple of days. They wouldn't even charge you that much in a top Las Vegas resort, hopefully I'll get my money back soon, but I can't in good conscience recommend a hotel that charges that much, asks so much for a deposit that takes ages to give back (that's if they even do so) and does not include breakfast. Completely unacceptable

"The Power of the Welcome"

First impressions in hospitality are everything and our check in with Gabriel was rooted in can do positivity. After a long drive, his sincere support in fixing our reservation to allow us to start our stay was much appreciated. He was personable, professional and went above and beyond when he welcomed my weary family waiting on the sides.
