Me and my partner love coming here .my partner has been an apartment owner for donkeys years but sadly had to pack it in ,,but now we come with love holidays david and James are an asset to the company , I hope the hotel owner realise what brilliant work they do entertaining the children and adults alike I could not praise them enough Tommy and janet

Excellent value, facility’s very good. Staff very friendly and helpful. The apartment, comfortable, clean and has everything you need, including your own subbed on your own private balcony. Breakfasts and evening meals offered a wide range of foods/ drinks to cater for everyone’s dietary preferences. Entertainment day and night. Location great with a choice of two beach resorts within a 10 - 15 walk. The onsite shop offered the daily essentials including fresh bread etc. The staff all work really hard.

Ich habe 7 Tage in diesem Hotel verbracht und bin sehr enttäuscht. Das größte Problem war das Essen. Sowohl beim Frühstück als auch beim Abendessen gab es kaum Auswahl. Besonders das Frühstück war jeden einzelnen Tag identisch – keine Abwechslung, keine Kreativität, immer dieselben Speisen. Nach wenigen Tagen konnte man es einfach nicht mehr sehen. Auch das Konzept mit den Getränken ist für mich völlig unverständlich. Beim Frühstück waren Saft, Wasser und Kaffee inklusive, aber beim Abendessen musste selbst für einfache Getränke extra bezahlt werden. Wenn man bereits viel Geld für Halbpension bezahlt, sollte zumindest Wasser zum Abendessen selbstverständlich sein. Das wirkt auf mich einfach nur geizig und kundenunfreundlich. Ein weiterer großer Kritikpunkt ist die Sauberkeit. Unser Zimmer wurde während unseres einwöchigen Aufenthalts nur ein einziges Mal gereinigt. Für ein Hotel ist das absolut inakzeptabel. Zusätzlich gab es Probleme mit der Privatsphäre. Während wir im Zimmer waren, versuchte das Personal mehrmals hereinzukommen. Es gab kein „Bitte nicht stören“-Schild im Zimmer, sodass man keine Möglichkeit hatte, ungestört zu bleiben. Das empfand ich als sehr unangenehm. Ein weiteres großes Problem war die Parkplatzsituation. Es gab viel zu wenige Parkplätze für die Gäste. Teilweise mussten wir 1–2 Stunden warten, bis überhaupt ein Parkplatz frei wurde. Wenn man Glück hatte, konnte man sein Auto an einer weit entfernten Stelle abstellen, die nur über eine sehr steile Straße erreichbar war. Auch dort waren die Plätze oft belegt. Für ein Hotel dieser Größe ist eine derart schlechte Parkplatzorganisation schlichtweg nicht akzeptabel. Insgesamt entspricht dieses Hotel weder dem Preis noch den Erwartungen, die man an ein Hotel auf Gran Canaria haben sollte. Schlechte Verpflegung, mangelnder Service, unzureichende Zimmerreinigung und fehlender Respekt vor der Privatsphäre der Gäste.

The pool was great, the perfect size and always freshly clean and a very relaxing surroundings! The view was excellent, I was on the 2nd floor and got a great view of the ocean. The location was also great, it was about a 10 minute walk to the Playa de Amadores beach and about 15-20 minutes walk to the outdoor shopping mall which was a very lively place after sunset.

There is nothing I can point out directly. This was an excellent vacation in a great place! I totally give Ona Bahia Blanca 10/10.
