Bahia Blanca

The place requires some money spending on it. The lift is a dangerous joke. Being restricted to two people is not acceptable. Restaurant was deplorable. The swimming pool requires completely re tiling annd in my opinion is an accident waiting to happen with so many missing tiles.The only good thing is the two entertainment people. James and David must wonder what they have to do to the management to appreciate their efforts.

If the elevator is not working, there are a lot of stairs to climb, which is not easy at all.

El único detalle es que el agua caliente no duraba mucho pero del resto excelente

The quietness, the bar area and pool and the location. I've also got to mention the entertainment staff specifically James was such a kind, helpful and down to earth person, that really added to the welcoming and fun atmosphere.

There was nothing that we didn't like, the only thing I could think of which could be improved was the lift that took you to the rooms. It was just pretty slow to arrive once called.

Personal muy amable, apartamento muy bien equipado, cama cómoda, buen AC, limpieza diaria de las instalaciones, de los apartamentos cada 5 días, vistas estupendas al océano, desayuno buffet muy completo, parking en la calle, sin grandes problemas. Supermercados, farmacia, etc, cercanos. A un paso de playa Amadores. Taxis abundan para desplazamientos a Puerto Rico pueblo, etc, pq esta todo en pendiente pronunciada.

Que no hubiera, por norma, una limpieza mas frecuente de los apartamentos, al menos el mudado de toallas. Cuestión de personal quizás, pq el staff trabaja a destajo, más no se les puede pedir.

The accommodation at Bahia Blanca was superb. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment, the bathroom was huge (so too were the towels) and the bed was really comfy. There was a good amount of plug points so all of the electrics were easilly chargable. Even though all of the apartments have a see view I loved ours (707) because the shape of it made it feel so much bigger that some of the others and we had sun on there all day. The reception staff were really friendly although on our last day they forgot to hand over that we had paid for a late check our so we kept getting reminders of the check out time. The bar staff were fantastic as was the entertainment at night. The gym was well stocked and this is the first time where I have actually used the gym facilities while on holiday. The only down side was the fact that the lift was not working on a couple of occasions; normally this would not phase me so walking up 4 flights of stairs with a knee issue took the wind from my sails but I accept that maintenance must take place. Would I visit again - yes Would I recommend to others - yes Would I like it to be more accessible to an Ona Vacation Club member - yes please
