It was a very quick overnight stay. The room was run down - light next to the bed did not work and was falling apart. Toilet seat very worn down. Room 109 was next to the freeway so very noisy. Parking not enforced and had a very difficult time getting out of the parking lot at 4:30 am.

This is a VERY basic accommodation. The positives: the room was clean and the inn is in walking distance of Arroyo Grande Village. The staff was polite. The negatives: it definitely needs a makeover. There was a small sink outside the bathroom with no room for toiletries, with thin towels, and a bathroom shower stall that has seen better days. There are no hooks or surfaces to hang wet towels, toiletries, etc. Not a room I would care to spend time in. The AC/heater is very noisy and the walls are thin. We could hear the guest next door coughing all night.

Allowed space and use of hose to clean all my beach treasures.
