Arroyo Village Inn

Great little cheap motel. Very small but it was clean, comfortable bed with coffee maker and fridge. The bathroom was really small. The owner or manager went out of his way and lent me a phone charger and even gave me ice out of his own freezer, as there is no ice machine.

It was a very clean, nice and quiet place to stay. The owners were very friendly. Thank u for the stay.

This is a wonderfully managed small hotel with a lot of character and a pleasing, quaint, picturesque atmosphere. It's older but well-maintained. Although older, it's very appealing and has a nice cottage-like quality, especially considering all the units are enclosed in a courtyard-style arrangement. The staff are exceptionally pleasant and check-in process is very quick. Although this is an inexpensive motel, the management is very strict on not allowing problematic elements to stay there. Not only is it completely safe, there aren't even any obnoxious or undesirable people on the premises. Ni drunks, loud sounds ,late-night engine revving, shouting, etc. Great for children and families. The rooms are completely quiet and insulated,you cannot hear anything from neighboring rooms. It's right off the highway and easy to access. It's in a commercial area with the usual gas stations, warehouses, convenience stores but it's completely safe to walk around. The very attractive downtown area is less than three minutes walk, with excellent restaurants and coffeehouses.You can drive there in less than thirty seconds. I'm sure I've stayed here over 10 times in the last several years, never a problem and always comfortable and quiet.

No smoking room has very strong cigarette odor. Close to freeway so it's noisy.

Easy off and back on to the 101 freeway. Quiet area. Friendly staff.
