No hot water. Water was a tiny bit warm. My room was next to the elevator. I could hear it through the walls. I couldn’t sleep. My room was hot. This hotel was embarrassing.

The staff was very kind and friendly. The location, despite ongoing renovations, was lovely as well.

The bathroom sink was broken, there was grime in the shower and mildew on the bathroom light, the beds were very uncomfortable, and I was unable to upgrade the Internet at all. The staff would say they would have their IT team call my room to get it sorted but the call never came.
