Fairmont Pacific Rim

We enjoyed a wonderful view over the harbour. And the room was spacious.

We had to wait until the room was available in the café located at the ground floor where the service was extremely slow.

Location/downtown proximity. Very walkable to multiple attractions. Fairmont gold lounge. Beautiful city/water views. In room dining/room service.

No complaints, everything was exceptional. One side note when it comes to parking cost, I always utilize valet parking when available but thought it was odd that the daily self parking cost was the same as valet parking.

Beyond expectations! Friendly and timely service. The staff thought of everything before I knew I needed anything! Food delicious, beds are heavenly! staff went above and beyond to accomodate my desire for an our door patio and fireplace.

We were staying on Fairmont Gold, and the Gold Concierge VIP team was incredibly accommodating, attentive, and genuinely invested in making everything go smoothly. They helped with the planning and details around the proposal, anticipated our needs, and always made us feel like valued guests rather than just another reservation. Every interaction we had with staff was warm and professional, and the service throughout the hotel consistently exceeded expectations. The atmosphere, amenities, and overall attention to detail made our stay feel very special and memorable. Thanks to the amazing team at the Fairmont Pacific Rim, what could have been a stressful planning experience turned into a seamless and joyful celebration. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for anyone planning a special occasion. A well-deserved 5 stars!

Stayed at the Fairmont Pacific Rim with my triplet sisters for our birthday and had an amazing experience. The hotel is gorgeous, but the standout was Kyle, one of the bartenders, who went above and beyond, he even arranged last‑minute access to a sold‑out comedy show for us. His kindness made our celebration truly special. Highly recommend this hotel for exceptional service and a memorable stay.

This was our second stay at this hotel at the end of a skiing trip. If you have an opportunity to stay here, do it! You won't regret it. In particular, go for GOLD if you can and get pampered. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and there to make your stay enjoyable. Terrific location and a most relaxing stay.
