We did not have hot water in our shower. Other than that, it was great!

No restaurant or bar. Pool was mostly in shade along extremely loud freeway. Not conducive to a relaxing day at the pool. Room had poor lighting. Even with all the lights on and shades open it was very dim.

Great place to stay loved it

It was a good, clean experience. The only downside was a strange sound coming from overhead, like a kid running back and forth to the door. It was so consistent, daytime and nighttime, that it started to sound more like a heavy cart rolling back and forth, but that didn't make sense, either. Anyway, breakfast was good, welcoming cookies were good, front desk friendly and helpful.

Location was a bit noisy. Right beside the freeway. Providing earplugs was a great touch to make sleeping easier.

Check in was easy. Pool needs to be upgraded and breakfast was good. Just really busy and not enough seating.

We enjoyed our stay. We only stayed one night but everything was easy from parking to check in. They did not have a keyless option to go straight up to the room but I have no complaints about my in person check in experience. The hotel was clean. You are near the freeway so the traffic noise was to be expected but nothing too loud unless you are a light sleeper. The free breakfast area was a nice bonus and the room had a microwave and mini fridge if needed. It’s a good option for families. I plan on returning and booking a couple of rooms for a wedding in the Fall. I’d definitely stay again.

Cleve at the front desk was awesome! We were jet lagged and he found us a great room for an earlier check in. Everyone at the hotel is awesome! My reasons for not giving five stars is the water was never hot in the five days we stayed and the carpets have a damp feel. Honestly, a remodel of the rooms is needed. Everything else is great and the area is amazing because you are close to a lot of shopping
