Springhill Suites by Marriott Temecula Wine Country

We had prepaid for our room and were not allowed to check in due to an issue with the registration. The staff was not helpful and seemed annoyed when we asked for ways to resolve the problem. The following day we received a receipt from the hotel stating that we checked in and out, but no one ever used the room.

Booked ahead of time charged me, staff was not helpful at all plus wasn't even able to check in for my stay upon arriving very inconvinient. Mind you we had to rush to get ready for our event we had to book another hotel on top of being charged ur the hotel booking.

A lot of parking

Very close to old town Temecula

Great stay and great location. Hotel is 1/2 mile from old town so walking is an option. The back side of the hotel is near the freeway but request a room on the (front) city street side as opposed to freeway side so noise was a non issue for us.
