TownePlace Suites by Marriott Omaha West

Hotel was OK. The suites are very nice for a family with kids. Only thing to complain about was the provided breakfast on a Saturday morning was poorly stocked. Had to wait close to a half hour to get a bagel to make an egg sandwich.

Clean, comfortable, quiet and good central location. Would stay here again.

The room we stayed in was so run down and dirty. Cobwebs in the corners, big hole in the middle of the carpet, sticky tile floor and dried (what looked like boogers) on the bathroom walls, the bathroom light fixture extremely rusted. So disappointed that we paid so much to stay there.

The staff were brilliant breakfast was good and our room was kept clean throughout our stay. You couod not ask for more. One more thing it was great value for money.

This is a very utilitarian hotel for families with kids and apparently travel basketball teams. The hotel is just tired for a flag hotel.

We called the day before arrival to confirm that the pool was working. The hotel desk told us it was not working and that it would be working the next day. We checked in to find out that the pool would not be done for2-3 days. My grand kids were coming over to swim with us and couldn’t. We did not stay there and instead stayed at a Holiday Express which had a pool please refund my money,

The staff was so warm and welcoming!

The room was small, no wash cloths, no toilet paper, the pull out mattress with filthy and stained. The breakfast area was small and the choices was minimal.

Quiet place to stay

Hotel was nice a slight sticky spot at entrance to room and the area where food is for breakfast is small. Food is good which they had another waffle iron but there really isn’t room for one.
