Hotel was clean, staff very friendly.

Had some issues with check-in and was initially ignored and told that the room we had booked was not available and it was not the hotels problem or Expedia‘s problem. Wrote a review on Google about the issues of two grown men being forced to share a king bed when we had booked to Queens, and two days later, the general manager moved them to an appropriate room. Nice hotel, just some difficult staff and poor property room planning.

Hotel is pretty beaten up, towels thin and scratchy but they are really promoting all the storage available with the containers plus partnership. Breakfast options very limited, we were there 30 minutes before closing and they weren’t refilling anything. My daughter forgot toothpaste and they didn’t have any to purchase even though they supposedly have a small area to buy necessities in. Store only sold Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, cherry Pepsi and Mountain Dew so if you wanted non caffeinated they didn’t have it.

Really wish the the bathrooms by the pool had a changing station.

The heater was extremely loud, sounded like a motorcycle every time it kicked on. The shower head had poor pressure because most of the water was still coming out of the actual faucet, not the shower head.

I appreciate the 2 bedroom suites

They worked with me. While my husband had to stay longer in hospital. But didn’t get clean towels tell I asked on third day. And the locks on door aren’t the best. So check the door twice when you leave the room.

Clean and easy to get to.
