The staff was very friendly and the swimming pools and the access to the beach were great.

I would give 10 if the breakfast was included and TV in the room. The menu in the restaurant was not very flexible. Some of the most appealing dishes were not available for dinner. Happy hour cocktails didn't taste at all too much water.

The location is the best part of it. Couldn't be better as far as I'm concerned.

There was a very strong insect repellant odor in the first room we checked in to, as well as in the reception area. The staff were very accommodating and changed our room.

It was nice except even though they were other available rooms empty they booked this next to the maids so they started banging at 5:45 a.m. and woke us up. Breakfast was good but was not hot it was like they took it off of a buffet.

Our stay at Rip Jack Inn was absolutely wonderful! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and the food at the restaurant was outstanding. We especially loved the chicken nachos and happy hour drinks. The beach is just a one-minute walk from the property, which was perfect. We initially planned to stay for two nights but ended up extending for two more because of the amazing hospitality. Huge thanks to the incredible staff and owners for making our visit so special!

RipJack is the "BEST" for service, location, staff and overall experience. Stayed here December 15-22, 2024 in the "Bungalow" which was absolutely beautiful and perfect. Everything about RipJack and the loction was "amazing". The reception staff were all so friendly, helpful and there when you needed something. They arrange excursions and everything we did was well done, planned and the pickup was on time. Arrangements to and from the airport were "seamless". Nothing to complain about that's for sure. Highly recommend this place and location for a great "Costa Rican" vacation. Thanks to Nubia, Carlos, David, Anna, Alean..and any other staff name I missed. You were all so "great".
