"Everything need updating, especially management"

Hotel is in need of major updates. Bed and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable. Showerhead was clogged with hard water. everything is from the 90s. Hallway carpet is saggy and my suitcase wheels kept getting stuck in the folds. Wifi/Chromecast didn't work. Worst of all, the manager Kay was extremely unprofessional and couldn't have conveyed anymore how much she did not care about all these issues. The manager is really the only reason we left our trip a full night early. At time of writing (a week later) we've yet to receive a refund.

Expected so much more from this hotel! The “restaurant” is just food they warm up from the front desk. We expected to be able to wind down with a drink and dinner in the hotel before an early morning flight and ended up having to walk under the freeway to find some place to eat. It’s okay but no better than your run of the mill Best Western.
