The Great Rift Valley Lodge & Golf Resort

The location is excellent, friendly staffs from reception, to restaurants, to the ground maintenance and cleaning staffs. The supervisors that I dealt with were all extraordinary... Thumbs up to the Chefs & Supervisor Urba.. for the special night dinner offered during my stay and a memorable one too. I can still the flames!!! The blend of modernity with nature is another interesting feature about this Great Rift Lodge... Keep it up.

The poor internet in the accommodation areas and of course the mosquitoes...

Great setting with excellent views over the valley. Nature integrated into the construction of the facility.

Food (evening and breakfast) was nice. Nice rooms in a nice resort.

Our reservation could not be found (but I had a confirmation) and the staff at the reception was not so customer oriented as it should have been. We've lost more than an hour to discuss the situation and to get a room. That is not the standard I expect, especially not in such an expensive hotel.

Grounds were lovely. Rooms were clean. Adventurers club was great. The kids enjoyed.

We weren't given a lot of information about the facility by the front desk. We had purchased an all-inclusive package but did not know that there were several restaurants and that we were free to eat there as well. More information should have been provided upon check in. Restaurants were all very dark.
