Great place to transit and near the ocean with fantastic view to ocean , mountain , city of jayapura. Experience is good and i have a fun day stay in here……good job and keep it up…..it was a fun journey……………………………………………………………………………………………….

Great seaview from the room (with extra cost ofc) Clean & no smell although we got smoking room. Room is not small with basic amenities. Good location, very helpful & friendly staff. This hotel has many meeting rooms. Overall good experience.

"Best view hotel in Jayapura"

Very good hotel, good stay and good food with various yummy local culinary, ohh and very humble staffs. Also awesome view to the iconic Jayapura valley, and next to th sea. Want to stay here again next trip. Thanks Swiss-Belhotel Jayapura, best.

"POOR and NOT SATISFIED"

Breakfast okay but is cold

The communication between the hotel staff very poor and I have cancel the booking which is I made it direct to hotel and they don't even let each other knows about it,so we have to pay double booking on it,was so disappointing so we won't stay here again. The room not perfectly clean,bathroom and toilet need good scrub.room full of mosquito,NOT GOOD!!

"Nice hotel but not international and local needs are preferenced."

Great location

Poor English amongst staff. No cable adaptor. No travel desk and no knowledge of any local sites to visit. Restaurant was closed for a children's party. Restaurant was halal.

"Great hotel, super pool, amazing staff"

Beautiful location. Pool was amazing. Employees went above and beyond to make me happy. Organized transfers and a driver within minutes.

Food was good, not fantastic and definitely a bit expensive
