שרות מעולה למעט שבת ארוחת בוקר

בשבת בבוקר פתאום כל המקומות שמורים לשבתות חתן ואנו כמשפחה לא יכולנו לשבת בארוחת בוקר יחד ארוחה שגם היתה יקרה מאוד בשבילנו

The location was good as the hotel was near the Baha'i Garden, near the bus station and close to a few shops.

The service at the restaurant was really bad. The waiters didn't inform us at all that if we want a special coffee, we need to pay but only told us about the payment when the coffee been served. When we left our table for a moment to take some desserts but letting our coffee on the table and the utensils crossed to say that we are still here, a waiter came to our table and wanted to take away our coffee that we didn't even finish to drink after paying for it. We think that the restaurant staff should be more professional when it's come to service and be more aware about the guests.

The hotel facilities are very clean and all the hotel staff are friendly, approachable and sensible. The location is easy to find and near in all establishments like store and restaurant and there are non paying and paying parking space.

I had a great spacious studio room. The hotel is in an excellent location and we stayed one night only, but the staff during that stay were great and helpful.
