"Dirty, good crew but useless, a lot of potential. Cleaning is big problem"

Location and view Crew were attentive to the problem but didn’t solve it

Super dirty Hair on the bed Dirty toilet with left over from previous guest, stain towel, hair on the linen. Although they remodeled this hotel it looks and feel old and dirty Low quality, I wanted to leave after 1 hour but booking only offer to shorten my stay in one night, because the manager of the hotel wasn’t there.

שום דבר זה היה פשוט גיהנום

המקום מלוכלך הצוות גרוע הכל ישן ריח של בית חולים במלון הכביסה של המגבות נוראית ומריחה רע!!!! הברזים מכוסים חלודה וירקת!!!!!! מנהל המלון לא יודע לדבר עם אורחיו האוכל גרוע ביותר שפשוט נכנסנו ויצאנו מחדר האוכל הכל היה יבש ומגעיל אי אפשר היה לגעת בשום דבר בארוחת הבוקר!!!! אכזבה נוראית עם מחיר מובקע של 1000 שח ללילה!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! בושה וחרפה ואת האמת אני מכוונת לתבוע את המלון על עוגמת הנפש שעברתי שם!!!!!!!!

Our stay was very pleasant overall. The suite we stayed in was beautiful, very clean, and comfortable. However, it would have been nice if the suite was a bit better equipped — especially with more kitchen items, a newer TV, and perhaps some candles, since the room was for one night and we were asked if we were coming for a romantic getaway. That said, the chocolate cake they left for us was delicious and a really nice touch. Overall, it was a great experience, the room was lovely, and the hotel was clean and enjoyable.

המלון נקי מצוחצח נוף על כל חיפה מצויין אין רעש מלון שקט ונעים

צריך שיהיה כריות נוחות הכריות היו גדולות מדי שעשו לי כאבים בצוור הייתי צריך להביא כריות מהבית לא נורא העיקר נהנינו
