"Nice hotel in walkable area"

"Great stay at a great price"

We had a great experience staying here. The staff was friendly, the nightly live music was wonderful, great atmosphere & great value. Also shoutout to Kat who was super helpful when we checked out!

"Disappointing!"

I made a reservation for a handicap accessible room with appropriate facilities on the ground floor When I arrived I was given a non accessible room on the 2nd floor. There were no facilities for my handicap. I was unable to shower or wash my hair. I spoke to Russel and he was not helpful. The next morning I had breakfast which was satisfactory. I was served by Jannell an she was great.

The manager was useless. The room was missing basic necessities. The door was crooked and we could hear people in the hall til late.
