Hilton Garden Inn Nashville/Franklin-Cool Springs

Plumbing in our room was awful toilet wouldn't flush and drain wouldn't drain the bathroom exhaust fan didn't work so it was humid and steamy tv had no movie channels for when you get to hotel at night and just wanna watch a movie

Very clean and comfortable. The staff were so welcoming and friendly!!

This was our 2nd stay at this hotel, giving it a second chance. On this visit, our first room had a sewer gas smell in the bathroom, & running the water/flushing toilet did not help (fill drains). We switched rooms, now without bathroom smell, but the bed had holes/divots (uncomfortable), TV remote did not work, the shower drain cover was loose & had to be careful not to cut a foot when showering, and toilet would not flush consistently. Towel quantity was skimpy, toilet paper holder was rusty w TP roll falling off. It was late, we were tired & were not going to try for a 3rd room. Room decor was not as expected for a HGI - & low grade floor coverings looking tired. Hallway carpet was in serious need of vacuuming. As for charging $12 for parking & clean parking lot should be expected. Without considering the breakfast - it was 1 star stay, but added 1 star as breakfast was decent. Very disappointed & will staying elsewhere next time.

The Bed was hard as a rock and the pillows were no better. ALSO I itched from head to toe the whole time . I will not be staying there again.

We experienced very inhospitable service while staying here as part of a sports tournament. Our experience started on our first night with very slow service from the restaurant and bar. We chalked this up to them looking busier than usual. Unfortunately, this was the best night of the trip at this hotel. Friday night, there was a few in our group using the lobby late in the evening. It was not loud or anything out of the ordinary for a gathering of adults in a group setting. This resulted in the hotel staff’s first unwarranted call to the police. We had reserved a conference room for our team of 11 year olds for games and team activities. The staff decided we were too loud while playing team “minute to win it” style games, even though there are no nearby guest rooms, or many other guests in the hotel at 2:30pm on a Saturday afternoon. The staff elected to call the police on a group of 11 year olds with in a conference room with little warning. Completely unnecessary. Despite our efforts to remain respectful and cooperative, we were treated as a nuisance rather than valued guests. The lack of professionalism and empathy displayed this hotel’s staff was completely unacceptable. To top it off, this hotel slow rolled the receipts to our group over the next 24 hours. They over charged most of our group for our last night, even though we were unnecessarily asked to leave. This forced many to call Hilton directly to ask for a refund. This hotel can’t handle groups of sports teams. If your tournament puts your team here, ask to move immediately. You’re in for a miserable experience. This hotel doesn’t want your business. We found a Drury Inn and Suites down the street who graciously accommodated us for our last night without issue. Consider this hotel instead.

Location

The room had damages, pillows are old and smelled, the carpets were dirty. Breakfast was not good especially for the money.

Breakfast was fresh and meet our needs.
