Our room was next to the elevator had we had a LOT of noise all night long. I’m pregnant and we checked in around 12:30a with children. No one got any rest from all the elevator activity. Very disappointed. We had been traveling all day.

"Excellent staff, questionable room"

First let’s start with the good. The staff was AMAZING. Deborah was so kind at check in and greeted us whenever we came in or out. Dawn at the bar was phenomenal - very attentive. The food we got from the bar was also delicious! The common spaces in the lobby are very nice. Now for the not so good. The room was okay, our view on the second floor was of an air conditioning unit right outside of the window (Room 232, don’t recommend). We had to move the couch to be able to use the pull out because it was in front of the air conditioner. The kids commented on all of the items left under the couch from previous guests that were visible when the bed is pulled out. The air conditioning unit vent was covered in mold. We requested it get cleaned twice and it never did. I wiped it down as best I could, which I am not sure was a smart choice but I didn’t want my kids who were sleeping right by it to breathe in the mold. That’s pretty unacceptable. As Diamond members, we have stayed at a lot of Hilton properties, and other than the excellent staff, I am not sure there would be a reason to revisit this property.
