The staff was amazing and so friendly. The room was clean and smelled great. Me and my friend couldn't say enough good things about our stay. Thank you for a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff was amazing.

I’ve been going to HGI Blacksburg for 10 years. It’s been fabulous. Everyone has been absolutely kind and courteous. When you travel for a living, you want to be around Kindness. This place exudes kindness!! Hats off to : Austin, Justin, Charles, Jenny, Jennifer, Brittany, Lora, Rhiannon, Bryon, Delaney, Carrie, Jamie, Briana, Vennesa, Sebrina and some others that I can’t recall, but what a staff.
