Property and staff were as expected

Booking dot com overbooked the hotel. We (4 of us) arrived at the hotel around 7pm expecting a double queen room. We were put in a king room with a roll away bed. The property said there was nothing they could do because they were full. 3 of us had to sleep in a king and one on the mattress. Recommend booking directly through the property.

Clean and great location!

We have stayed here many times in the past and it’s always clean and the staff is always friendly. I appreciated being recognized on the second day as a diamond member. I want to acknowledge Jamie and Lora. She was excellent at the front desk and took care of a situation that I had in the room and Lora was excellent with taking care of the customers eating breakfast. Although I liked the other set up for breakfast better, I understand this was a corporate move, and the food was still good. Just not as good as what we had with variety before.

Everything was good. The internet was a little slow but overall good experience
