I absolutely loved the service I received right from the moment I arrived at reception. It was incredible how friendly the guy at the front desk was—Luis is adorable and has an amazing way of connecting with customers. I am definitely ready to return and recommend this place!

The atmosphere of the hotel is beautiful, close to the galleria and very accessible. Morgan and Luis are the best agents that I’ve met. They are the standard of going above, always there to solve problems and beyond for the guest staying here. I will definitely be booking this hotel because of them.

The Atmosphere was amazing, rooms were clean and the front desk staff was amazing. I was so impressed with all of the amenities & the location of this hotel. I really got a bang for my buck here and will be coming back! But the Neon Queen at the front desk made my experience SPECTACULAR!!! (Louis was amazing and because of him I will be returning!)

From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind—he made me feel right at home. Luis handled the check-in process smoothly and efficiently, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. He answered all my questions with patience, gave great recommendations, and always greeted me with a warm smile. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to excellent customer service these days. Had a wonderful experience checking into the hotel! Morgan was very welcoming and extremely helpful.

Morgan literally saved us. We were booked at another hotel and after a flight from Los Angeles to attend a funeral, we were ready to relax. Upon checking into a previous hotel, we couldn’t even make it pass the threshold. The room was awful. We looked up the aloft and prayed we could get a room. Morgan greeted us will smiles and kindness and made sure we were in the best room she had available. She literally turned what we thought would have been a nightmare into a dream. We are so grateful for Morgan. She was the absolute best.

Keshawn was instrumental in making my check in process smooth and comfortable. Then, Luis and Brittney came to ensure that I felt welcomed as well. The staff here are great and the lobby is very clean.
