Friendly staff, clean facilities.

No hay lugar para trabajar, muy incómodo y el desayuno demasiado malo, los cuartos están muy por debajo de lo que se espera. El wifi es pésimo, no tenía internet en mi cuarto, y el de las áreas comunes no funciona establemente. El domingo quisimos estar en la alberca y la barra cerró como a las 3pm

If you like dirty rooms, bad food, nowhere to work, noise everywhere, stay here It has been really one of the worst experiences I have had

The bathroom was not clean and the bed sheets smelled like they haven't been washed. Also it was really noisy, you could hear everything outside and in the next room. The breakfast was not good either. Front desk and lobby area very nice and staff welcoming, but not staying here again, very disapointed.

I like the location was perfect and save

Llegue pasada la hora del check in (4pm) y la habitacion que me asignaron en recepcion no estaba limpia, y me tuvieron que reasignar otra (despues de una pelea entre el personal de limpieza y el font desk). las paredes del baño estaban sucias, como si algun cliente las hubiera ensuciado y nunca las limpiaron. el restaurante no te dan indicaciones y resulta que solo puedes pedir un platillo, y si pides otro el staff se enoja. la alberca estaba fuera de funcionamiento por alguna falla, en fin, bastantes detalles que un hotel de la familia wyndham y ubicado en el distrito 1 no deberia tener.

Lack of Maintenance

Overall the hotel is fine, clean and contemporary, just that the rooms are a bit small and don't have a fridge and microwave, also had patch everywhere without finish, breakfast is okay but the coffee was really bad...

All was great

This hotel feels old, and rooms are very small. The room’s carpet was cheap, old, and with several patches. Definitely not a 3.5, feels like a 2 star motel.
