The property is at a great location, District One near nice restaurants and stores. The executive tower rooms are great with great rooms and ample bathrooms. The room lighting amenities are very nice.

Great location at Distrito Uno. Amenities were ok. The rooms are a bit under size, but it makes up in the location.

Amazing experience my family wanted to use the pool after closing hours and the staff was able to open it for us for one hour

Hotel was great. However what seemed odd to me is, during check in the receptionist told me my room was upgraded, however since I have stayed at this hotel before, I received the same room as usual. Location is excellent, but that’s the only positive. Sheets had yellow and blood stains as well as hairs everywhere, carpet was dirty and clearly not vacuumed for a while. Bathroom full of hairs on the floor. I asked for a room change twice and all 3 rooms had the same issues.

We liked the friendliness of the staff, everybody was very helpful. The location is perfect, all the good restaurants were within walking dustance in a very nice area. Hotel room was nice, a refrigerator in the room would he perfect. We were there for business & added a few days as a vacation.
